Blom Loses a Three-Bet to Stuart

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Viktor Blom
Viktor Blom

Dorian Decauche raised to 1,100 from under the gun, and Viktor Blom called from middle position. Erik Stuart squeezed to 5,000 in the hijack, and only Blom called.

Blom checked on the A52 flop, and Stuart placed out a bet of 3,000. Pretty quickly, Blom called.

Both players checked the J turn and the 8 river. Blom tabled QQ for a pair of queens, but it was no good against Stuart's AK for a pair of aces.

Blebea Straightens Out Rohe; Hall Not Impressed

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Iulian Blebea
Iulian Blebea

Tobias Rohe from the big blind and Iulian Blebea from the button found themselves on the river with 10,600 in the middle and the board reading AK1098. Rohe checked to Blebea who tossed out three T-5,000 red chips, enough to cover Rohe's remaining stack of an even 10,000.

"Hey PokerNews!" tablemate Ryan Hall announced, "They have decided that this table alone will be granted an extra hour and half of play at the end of the day."

It became apparent that this was in reference to the amount of tanking taking place at the table.

"I could have just late regged and still would have played more hands!" he continued while doing jumping jacks beside the table.

The clock was eventually called on Rohe, who would decide to make the call to put himself at risk of elimination.

Tobias Rohe: A10 All in
Iulian Blebea: 76

Blebea rivered a gutter to make a straight, and Rohe could not get away from his two pair, and his run came to an end.

Kamikawa Outkicks Meyer in Multi-Way Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Orit Hadas in hijack opened with a 1,300 bet. Anthony Ajlouny to her left called. Two more people, namely, Robert Meyer on the button and Seina Asagiri in the small blind, joined the fun.

Tomohiro Kamikawa in the big blind, however, defended with a 4,500 raise. Hadas called and so did Meyer while everyone else backed out of the escalating heat.

The flop came 3Q9. Kamikawa continued with 2,400. Hadas had seen enough and folded her hand. Meyer, had other plans, and raised to 6,000. Kamikawa asked how much he had left behind then made the call.

After a check, Meyer kept the pressure with 15,000 on the J turn. Kamikawa called to see the last card.

Slowing down, both players checked the 6 river.

Meyer turned over KQ for top pair on the flop but couldn't beat Kamikawa's kicker when he tabled AQ.

Can You Guess This Players Hand?

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

The action was picked up on a 63228 board, and Alex Faynshteyn had bet 13,500 from early position. Michael Wainer responded with the ultimate pressure; having the stack of Faynshteyn covered, he moved all in.

After spending several minutes in the tank, Faynshteyn elected to fold before giving Wainer an easy riddle to solve, which let him know what he folded.

"I folded a hand I'm not supposed to fold", continuing, "I couldn't beat aces, but I could beat queens. I had the second-best starting hand possible."

Joseph Hebert: QQAll in
Adam Owen: J2

Owen was drawing, but the 10A runout kept Hebert's ladies best and he was awarded the double-up.

With 41,000 in the pot, the dealer dealt the 387K turn. Kyler Scheriger then put both his opponents all in from early position.

Semsettin Ilyas folded relatively quickly, but Douglas Allen appeared to have a tougher time. He tanked for about five minutes before also letting go of his cards, surrendering the pot to Scheriger without showdown.
