Rascar the Rascal?

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

There were 33,000 in the middle to the KJ84 turn when Michael Byers bet 12,000 from under the gun. Yohan Rascar then raised to 25,000 with very few chips behind and that sent Byers into the tank. After more than two minutes, he told the table "sorry guys, call the clock when you want to."

Another minute passed and one player then called the clock. Byers waved his hand and said "you don't have to" as he sent his cards into the muck.

Rascar had not said anything and Byers told him "I think you are full of shit".

Eric Baldwin
Eric Baldwin

Joseph Clark checked from the big blind on the 6JK flop, and Eric Baldwin bet from the cutoff. Clark called.

Clark checked again on the 10 turn, and Baldwin fired 3,200. Clark once more continued with a call.

The 7 completed the board, and Clark checked for a final time. Baldwin fired a third barrel of 6,400, which was enough to get Clark to fold.

With the cameras on him, Baldwin was kind enough to table KJ for top two pair that backed into a flush.

Heaton Hangs On

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Danny Manriquez opened the betting with a raise to 800 from the hijack.

Kenneth Heaton defended his big blind and sent them to a flop of 8K6 before he checked. Manriquez continued for 1,600, but Heaton remained in the hand with a call.

The 5 turn led to another check from Heaton. Manriquez fired a second barrel for 2,800 and was called by Heaton.

Both players checked down on the 5 river to go to a showdown. Heaton showed K3 as Manriquez tapped the table and mucked his hand.

Two Pots on the River

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Lucas Bandeira raised to 700 in early position, which only Giedrius Breive called in the cutoff.

Bandeira bet 600 on the flop and 1,600 on the turn of a Q7J3 board, and Breive called both times.

The 10 river saw Bandeira slow down, checking to Breive, who put in an overbet of 12,000.

Bandeira gave it some thought before electing to muck his cards.

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Siegfried Friedl
Siegfried Friedl

The completed board showed J6386 and Siegfried Friedl had checked out of the small blind when Kelly Lucas bet 23,000 via tossing in the green T-25,000 chip. She only had small chip denominations behind and Friedl went deep into the tank.

"So do you wand me to call or fold?" Friedl asked Lucas who gave no response. A few moments later, Friedl called and Lucas tabled her QQ. Friedl had that beat with the 53 for a flush and that left Lucas on a mere 2,600 in chips which she lost soon after.

Carlos Pombal Peixoto: A8All in
Reginald Alston: AK

Esfandiari Can't Handle Kristoffersen's "Serious" Bet

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Oystein Kristoffersen raised to 700 from middle position and was called by Antonio Esfandiari in the big blind.

Esfandiari check-called a 2,000 bet from Kristoffersen on the A10Q flop and Esfandiari checked again on the 4 turn.

Kristoffersen announced a bet of 9,000, which gave Esfandiari a bit of a shock.

"Nine thousand!? That's a pretty serious bet..." Esfandiari mused.

"Easy money," Esfandiari said as he sent his cards into the muck.

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

On a completed board of J9728, Adam Travis made it 3,000 to go. He was reluctantly called by Benjamin Gros on the button and then got to show down 65 for the bottom end of the straight. That was good enough to win the pot, as Gros sent his cards into the muck.

Duronio Picks Off Menneteau

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Robert Mitchell checked first from the small blind on a board of J68Q, and Benjamin Duronio bet 4,000 from the big blind. Loic Menneteau called in middle position, and Mitchell also came along.

The 5 completed the board, and the action checked to Menneteau. After taking some time, he bet 20,000. Mitchell tank-folded, but Duronio eventually made the call.

Menneteau tabled K10 for a busted straight draw, but it was no good against Duronio's AQ for a pair of queens.
