Nicholas Verderamo: A10

The flop came 7AQ and gave both players a pair but Shao also a flush draw. The 6 peeled off on the turn to make Shao's flush and leave Verderamo drawing dead. The 4 river sealed the deal and the pot was pushed to Shao for a double to leave Verderamo on fumes.

Adrien Delmas
Adrien Delmas

Zheyu Weng raised to 42,000 from middle position. Kenny Hallaert, seated to his immediate left in the cutoff, three-bet to 75,000.

When the action folded around to Adrien Delmas in the big blind, he moved all-in with 159,000.

Weng went into the tank for a bit, debating whether to risk his last 120,000 or so chips. He reluctantly folded.

Hallaert made the call, and as soon as he did, Weng flashed his hand QQ, showing that he let go of a pair of queens.

Adrien Delmas: AKAll in
Kenny Hallaert: KK

Weng's fold proved to be wise, as not only was he behind Hallaert, the runout of 10A4J5 gave Delmas a pair of aces.

Hallaert Takes it All

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action was picked up on a flop of 672. There was 80,000 in the middle, and a dry sidepot between big blind Kenny Hallaert and early position player Roman Hrabec, as Jack Duong had moved all in preflop under the gun, and been called by both.

Hallaert check-called bets of 20,000 and 40,000 on the flop, as well as the 3 river. When the K river hit, Hallaert moved all in. Hrabec folded with a wry smile, as Hallaert tables K2 for two pair. Duong's A8 was no good, and he left the tournament area.
