When it folded to Adam Owen in the small blind, he jammed, putting Robert Castle at risk for his tournament life in the big blind. Castle called for his 100,000 stack and the players flipped the cards.

Adam Owen: 10♦7♠

Castle was ahead with jack-high but Owen had two live cards working for him.

Amazingly, jack-high ended up as the winning hand after the dealer spread the Q♠9♠8♠8♥4♥ runout, and Castle stayed alive.

Unfortunately for Castle, he was unable to survive much longer and was eliminated a few hands later.

Mike Holtz raised to 60,000 from the cutoff and Matt Glantz called from the button. The action checked through to showdown, where Holtz's J♠10x made a flush on the Q♠6♦3♠7♠8♠ board.

An orbit later, Glantz raised to 60,000 from the hijack and called when Yuanchao He jammed for around 130,000 from the button.

With a stack of about half a million, Elisha Maarex came in for a raise to 60,000 from the hijack and Sorawit Suriyakarn jammed from the big blind, putting Maarex all in. Maarex snap-called to put his tournament life on the line.

It was a cooler that Maarex found himself on the right side of, and his pocket kings stayed best through the 2♥5♦10♦ flop and 7♦ turn.

The dealer burned a card and put out the brutal A♣ river, sending Maarex to the rail while Suriyakarn's stack climbed to over a million.

Michael Warren bumped it up to around 70,000 from early position and when it folded to Young Ko in the big blind, he jammed with the covering stack. Warren snapped it off for his stack of around 360,000, putting himself at risk.

Warren was ahead with pocket kings and just needed to fade an ace on the runout to double up and keep his tournament run alive.

Ko found no assistance on the 4♠2♠9♦7♥4♥ runout and around half of his stack was shipped over to Warren.
