Barousse Shows Hammoud a Flush

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 52K, Rami Hammoud bet 350,000 from the button and Blake Barousse called in the big blind.

The turn was the 4 and Hammoud bet another 650,000. Barousse again called, and they both checked the J river.

Barousse then showed 76 for a flush, and Hammoud mucked, claiming he had a set.

A few hands earlier at this table, Justin Manjares had doubled up off Dennis Carlson when he picked up kings against two jacks.

Virgile Turchi: KKAll in
Lauri Saaskilahti: J9

Turchi had Saaskilahti crushed with his Cowboys, but had a sweat after the J35 flop paired Saaskilahti's jack.

The 6 turn changed nothing, but the 9 river got a collective groan from players at the table as it had improved Saaskilahti to two pair for the elimination on a bad beat.

Klein Tanks 15 Minutes for One Chip

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Loren Klein

With 72 players left and a $20,000 pay increase being one elimination away, Loren Klein raised to 975,000 in the hijack, leaving only 25,000 back, the lowest chip denomination in play. Tyler Gaston called in the small blind, stating, "I will let you stall for the pay jump."

"I appreciate that," Klein said.

Gaston then tossed in a blind bet before the dealer fanned the 7A6 flop, putting his opponent all in. Klein did not act for a good while, with none of the players at the table calling for the clock.

After 15 minutes, the floor came over to inform Klein he would have one more minute to act on his hand. At the end of the minute, he was given a five-second countdown, during which Klein finally tossed in his last chip.

Loren Klein: K4 All in
Tyler Gaston: A6

Klein did not hit a heart on the 2 turn, and the 6 river upgraded Gaston to a full house. After all that, Klein said his goodbyes to his former tablemates in 72nd place, bubbling his desired pay jump.

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Han Feng

Han Feng scooped two pots in a row and the second one against John Weiss turned out to be for almost all of his chips.

Feng raised to 300,000 and then called a three-bet to 850,000 in the cutoff by Weiss. The AK4 flop brought a check by Feng, a bet of 600,000 by Weiss and a call.

After the 8 turn, Feng check-called another 1,600,000 and then bet the Q river for 3,125,000 while leaving 150,000 behind.

Weiss tanked for three minutes before he called and was shown the AJ for the effective nut flush by Feng.

Kyle Scott raised to 300,000 on the button and Todd Brunson three-bet to 800,000 in the big blind. Scott then moved all in for 4,000,000, and Brunson snap-called.

Kyle Scott: 55 All in
Todd Brunson: KK

Brunson had Scott crushed with his kings, and Scott found no miracles on the 72JJA board as he was sent to the rail.

"Amazing play with the kings. You were free-rolling. I didn't want to tell you at the time because it would give you more confidence. Unreal play," Greg Mueller told Scott, harking back to his aces versus kings encounter earlier.

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Cade Lautenbacher: KK

The 7AQ flop immediately pulled Macdonald into the lead with a pair of aces, and the 610 turn and river changed nothing to double Macdonald's short stack.

Morgan Gives Some Free Advice

Level 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Benjamin Morgan raised to 1,800,000 in early position, leaving only one chip behind, as action went on Tianle Wang in the big blind. "You raise my big blind three times in a row," Wang told him as he folded.

"You should take it personally. That's the key to success at poker. Have a big ego and take things personally," Morgan replied.

Thomas Macdonald then committed most of his stack with a raise of 1,175,000 in middle position, and the rest of the table folded.

Ralph Perry then suggested as a joke that the table should take five minutes on every decision so they would all be guaranteed to make Day 7. "Then we do the same thing tomorrow," Perry said. The dealer then reminded him that he could get a warning from the floor .

"10 million chip penalty," Cade Lautenbacher said.
