Boat Over Boat Over Boat

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The action of the hand was kindly recounted to PokerNews by Tsolmon Jargalsaikhan after a massive altercation took place at his table.

A large pot was brewing three-ways between Maximilian Hennig, Michael Petrosian, and Ricardo Cermeno

With the completed board reading K632x2, Cermeno bet 12,000 on the river before Hennig moved all in for 39,000. Petrosian opted to fold after a long tank, and Cermeno called.

Hennig turned over 6x6x for a full house, but it was no good against the KxKx of Cermeno who had top boat. Petrosian was able to recover his hand to show that he folded 3x3x for another full house as he made, "the fold of the tournament," according to Jargalsaikhan.

All three players flopped a set and filled up on the river in an incredible setup.

Da Silva, Jones Share Pot

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Christopher Da Silva raised to 900 on the button. Craig Jones called from the big blind.

The flop hit K8J, bringing a continuation bet of 1,000 from Da Silva and a check-call from Jones.

On the A turn, Jones followed with another check-call, this time for 3,100.

When the 10 fell on the river, Jones fired first with a bet of 13,000.

Da Silva studied intently for some time, staring at the board and his stack, before finally pushing all 30,100 into the middle. Jones quickly called the all-in.

Christopher Da Silva: AQAll in
Craig Jones: KQ

Both players had ace-high straights made on the river, so no damage was done.

Fung Looks Neugebauer Up

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Big blind Kwun Fung and button Max Neugebauer were heads-up to a river, with the former checking over to the latter.

On the 3Q2AK board, Neugebauer threw out a pot-sized bet of 8,000, sending Fung into the tank. After a short tank, he found the call, as his top pair with A7 was good against the European Champ's J8.

Viktor Blom raised to 1,000 from early position, and Dorian Decauche three-bet to 6,500 from the big blind. Blom called.

Both players checked the 2810 flop before Decauche checked again on the 10 turn. Blom fired 8,600, and Decauche stuck around with a call.

The 3 completed the board, prompting a final check from Decauche. Blom quickly bet 19,000, sending Decauche into the tank.

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Luis Torres raised to 800 on the button, which only Rene Lazaro called in the big blind.

After Lazaro checked on a 4106 flop, Torres continued with a bet of 1,000, which Lazaro called.

Berger Finds a "Good Fold"

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Jacob Nielsen opened to 1,000 from middle position and Neal Berger called from the button.

The 462 flop saw Nielsen bet 1,600, Berger raise to 3,500, and Nielsen jam and cover Berger's remaining stack of approximately 45,000. Berger sat on the decision for a little while.

He flashed his 62 for two pair to the table before handing the pot to Nielsen and putting his cards back face down into the muck.

He was told, "good fold," by another player at the table but Nielsen never revealed his hold cards.

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Jimmy D'Ambrosio

Julian Menhardt opened to 900 from middle position and Kane Kalas defended his big blind.

Kalas check-called an 800 bet from Menhardt on the 58J flop, but check-folded after a bit of a tank facing a 5,000 bet from Menhardt on the J turn.

A couple of tables down, Jimmy D'Ambrosio has been enjoying a very produtive first few levels and is already up to 172,000 — putting him among the chip leaders early on in Day 1d.

Dixon Sent to the Rail

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

There were roughly 13,000 chips in the pot on 9894A.

Richard Dixon in early position bet 7,500, and Antwan Lawson on his direct left put him all in for roughly 26,000 more.

Dixon went deep into the tank before eventually calling, putting his tournament life on the line.

Richard Dixon: J9All in
Antwan Lawson: 98

He was wrong, as Lawson tabled a full house. Dixon got up from his chair, shook his head, flipped over his cards, and exited the tournament area.
