Wolff Fades Huge Sweat

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Jack Maskill flatted an open shove from Zurvan Tumboli for 123,000, before George Wolff reshoved from the small blind for 510,000. After a long tank, Maskill ended up folding, with his covering stack.

George Wolff: AK All in
Zurvan Tumboli: AK

It seemed as though the players were off to a chop, however the 495 flop brought some sweat. The 5 turn brought even more of a sweat, as Tumboli started calling for a club. It didn't come, as the two chopped on the A river.

Chen Eliminates Teisseire

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Antonin Teisseire
Antonin Teisseire

Peter Robinson went jammed in cutoff for 37,000 and Antonin Teisseire made a duty call in the big blind taking them to showdown.

Peter Robinson: Q10 All in
Antonin Teisseire: 93

Already ahead, Robinson's lead got reinforced when the flop dropped Q58 giving him a pair. The runout 84 didn't take the lead away from Robinson resulting in a double up for him.

A few hands later, Teisseire found himself in an all-in situation with Wei Chen, who covered him and placed his tournament life on the line.

Antonin Teisseire: A7 All in
Wei Chen: AK

Both players had an ace but Chen had the better kicker putting him in the front. It was looking grim for Teisseire when the flop dropped 108K. The turn 9 and river 5 didn't help Teisseire at all ending his tournament life instantly. He left the table as the dealer pushed the chips towards Chen's direction.

Chris Nelson open-jammed all-in for 79,000 under the gun. Action folded to the small blind and Scott Lake bet 170,000 which was enough to make Artashes Kartalyan in the big blind fold.

Chris Nelson: A10 All in
Scott Lake: JJ

The flop came 85A instantly pushing Nelson in the lead. The A turn strengthened Nelson's hand with trips. Lake still had minimal outs to turn the tides but the river 5 double paired the board giving Nelson a full house and cementing his chip up to double.
