Roy Bitton raised to 35,000 on the button and Benjamin Lingenfelder three-bet jammed in the big blind for what appeared to be around 750,000. Both players had previous history from the early stages of Day 2 and Bitton snapped off the jam for a very specific. reason.

Three ways to the 10♠8♣2♥ flop, Edgar Antezana in the small blind and Roy Bitton in the big blind checked. Gareth Kalil bet 100,000 and Antezana was the only caller. They checked the 2♣ turn and 8♠ river for Antenaza to reveal 2♠2♦ for quads.
Kalil mucked the 10♥ while Samuel Tebege mentioned he would have hit eights full.
Edgar Antezana lost a chunk of his stack previously and then got involved in a battle of the blinds with Samuel Tebege.
On the K♠Q♦7♥ flop, Tebege bet 25,000 for Antezana to call who then bet the Q♥ turn for 50,000. Tebege check-called and led the 6♣ river for 50,000, Antezana folded.
Roy Bitton started hot after the dinner break and won two pots. The third one then came courtesy of an all-in showdown in which he took on Marvin Torres and isolated after the J♠9♦3♦ flop.

Hennie Appel clashed with Keegan Pillay when they got it in after the K♦K♣4♦J♣ turn with both players holding near identical stacks.
Appel's K♠10♠ was pipped by a notch as Pillay held the K♥Q♠. The river was the 2♦ and both stacks were counted. Pillay doubled for 210,000 and Appel had 30,000 left behind, which he committed blind the next hand.
Marko Nortje raised to 40,000 and folded when Sugen Singh pushed all-in.

The Q♣10♣8♥7♠J♠ board sent Appel to the rail in 28th place and there will now be a redraw of the final three tables.
Okkie Fourie got one shove through and then jammed for 100,000 from under the gun. Norman Cherry called and so did Ronit Chamani. The two active players checked the 8♦6♥3♣Q♦2♣ board and Chamani tabled her A♦J♥.
"Ace-jack is good," Fourie announced and exposed his slightly inferior A♥10♠. But it was Cherry who won the pot with the best ace, holding A♣K♠.
Nick Sissou slipped during the dinner break and has been brought to the hospital with either a dislocated shoulder or broken arm. All players were consulted whether or not the action should continue now or allow for one more hour with the former being the case.
Another four levels will be played for today or down to the final nine, whichever comes first.
