Darryl Shaff bet the Q♥8♦2♠ flop for 50,000 and was called by Gareth Kalil as well as Edgar Antezana. They checked the 2♣ turn and 6♥ river for Shaff to declare "I have an eight and a six, but the six doesn't really play".
The six did play, as his 8♠6♠ won the pot with Khalil mucking and Antezana exposing an inferior J♣8♣.
Unfortunately, Nick Sissou had to be treated in the hospital after he slipped during the dinner break and he will now recover in the days and weeks to come with a broken shoulder.
He finishes in 21st place after his final chip disappeared in the big blind following a cutoff raise by Norman Cherry to 75,000, as Gareth Kalil in the small blind folded the A♥9♣ face-up.
David Ng raised to 60,000 with the 3♥3♣ and he was called by SM with the Q♦10♣ in the big blind. On the Q♠3♦7♦ flop, SM check-called for 40,000 and they checked the 3♠ turn. After the 10♥ river, SM bet 140,000 and called a raise to 320,000 to get shown quads.
Moon Khan raised and Danny Dayani called on the button. On the Q♦6♣6♦ flop, Khan's bet of 50,000 was called before Khan bet another 70,000 on the K♣ turn . Dayani folded and Khan won the pot.

Over on table 11, SM battled with Jarred Solomon who check-called a bet of 100,000 out of the big blind with the flop showing K♠Q♠8♣. Solomon checked the J♦ turn and SM bet 230,000 to win the pot.
Right after, the players went on their final 15-minute break and this will be the new feature table for the final two hours.
On the 10♣3♥2♦ flop, David Ng check-raised to 115,000 in the big blind and Jody Van Wyk called on the button. That led them to the K♣ turn on which Ng made it 140,000 to go. Van Wyk gave it some thought and folded.
Gareth Kalil continued to get involved in many hands and chipped up while no major pots were played.
Darryl Shaff then raised to 50,000 only to fold when Edgar Antezana three-bet to 120,000 on the button. Shaff mucked the A♠ and Antezana flashed the A♥A♦.
In the meanwhile, the stack of Nick Sissou is still in play and he secured two pay jumps already.
Joining the action on the 10♠5♣3♦8♠ turn, Gavin Sardini bet 150,000 out of the big blind. Jarred Solomon called and they headed to the J♥ on the river. Sardini now checked and Solomon bet 330,000 with 240,000 behind.
Sardini mulled it over for a few seconds only and folded.
