Palmu Raises the Turn

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Raffaele Bellapianta bet 4,500 from middle position on a flop of AK9, and Severi Palmu called in the cutoff, as did Alexis Nicolai in the small blind.

The turn was the 7, and Bellapianta bet another 10,500. Palmu then raised to 35,000, and Nicolai quickly got out of the way. Bellapianta tanked for a few minutes before also sending his cards into the muck.

Giamberardini and Garhsofsky Get It In

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Mitch Garshofsky raised to 2,500 in the hijack. It folded around to Fabio Giamberardini in the big blind, who pushed in his stack of 32,600.

Garshofsky spent a few moments in thought before he called and put himself at risk for 29,800.

Mitch Garshofsky: JJ All in
Fabio Giamberardini: AK

Giamberardini needed an ace or a king after the Q644 turn, but the Q river double-paired the board instead. Garshofsky doubled up to an average stack, leaving Giamberardini with less than three big blinds.

The flop came 1095 and Vrakas moved all in. Le snap-called for his last 25,000.

Teusl Shows She's Not Bluffing

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Conor Bergin kicked off the action with a raise to 2,000 in middle position. Antoine Nahas put in a small three-bet to 4,200 in the hijack, which Jessica Teusl cold-called on the button.

Bergin debated for a bit before he said goodbye to his hand, much to the surprise of Teusl.

Nahas then checked the 946 flop over to Teusl, who tossed in a bet of 4,000.

"I'm not bluffing," Teusl told Nahas as he was pondering his decision.

Eventually, he chose to believe Teusl and let his hand go. Teusl was kind enough to show QQ as she dragged the pot and eclipsed six figures in chips.
