Stoyan Obreshkov opened to 240,000 in middle position and Ryan Riess defended from the big blind. The flop came {7-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} and both players checked to the {9-Hearts} on the turn.

Riess led out for 275,000 and Obreshkov just called to see the {j-Clubs} on the river. Riess checked this time and Obreshkov went into the tank for two minutes. He eventually shipped all in for 2,185,000 and Riess snap-called. Obreshkov tabled {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} but Riess flipped over {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for top two pair.

Boat Over Boat

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Milos Skrbic raised to 300,000 in early position and Ryan Riess quickly called directly on his left. Krasimir Yankov also came along from the small blind and the flop came {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}. Yankov checked, Skrbic checked and Riess knuckled the table as well.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Yankov checked again. Skrbic made a delayed continuation bet of 340,000 and Riess called while Yankov folded. The river brought the {k-Diamonds} and Skrbic counted out a bet of 1,390,000. Riess pushed in a raise to 3,300,000 and Skrbic announced that he flopped a boat. He made the call and turned over {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. Riess flashed a six, indicating that he held pocket sixes for a smaller full house.
