Becker Takes from Haxton

Level 24 : 150,000/300,000, 0 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

In the first hand back from the break, Johannes Becker raised to 200,000 from under the gun. Isaac Haxton, in the small blind, carefully contemplated his next move and three-bet to 870,000, which Becker called.

The flop fell {10-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Spades}, and Haxton checked. Becker made it 650,000 to go, and Haxton called. After the {7-Hearts} turn, Haxton checked again, and Becker bet 1,300,000. That was enough to win the pot as Haxton quickly folded.
