A Fold in One, Makes a Double Up in Another
After action folded to the blinds, Kyler Scheriger in the small took his time to consider his options, then decided to limp. Joseph Cutler in the big blind checked his option to see the flop.
The flop came 3♠2♣J♥. Scheriger bet 125,000 and Cutler called.
On the A♣ turn, Scheriger check-called Cutler's 185,000 bet. Finally on the 6♥ river, Scheriger fired 150,000, and Cutler responded with an all-in shove for 1,100,000. Scheriger went into the tank but ultimately folded his hand.
On the very next hand, after an opening bet from James Murphey, Scheriger shoved all in for 600,000. Murphey snap-called.
Kyler Scheriger: A♥K♥
James Murphey: A♠Q♠
Scheriger had Murphey dominated, and with no one hitting the runout of 5♥10♥5♦3♦9♠, Scheriger doubled up. Cutler was telling Scheriger that the fold against him was good, as it opened the opportunity for him to double up in the next hand.
