Lights Out for Depa
There was a temporary loss of power in the cluster right on front of the main feature tables and the lights went out. Floor told players to pause after the current hand while the issue was being investigated and after about a minute, the lights went back on.
One hand was still running in which the board showed K♦J♣8♣A♥2♠. Richard Gryko in the small blind bet 225,000 and Jonathan Depa in the big blind then raised to 455,000 while keeping one T-.5,000 chip behind. Gryko verified the bet size with the dealer and then called.
Depa tabled the 10♠10♣9♦7♥ for a missed wrap and Gryko nearly doubled with his A♣A♠Q♥5♠ for the top set.
In the next hand, Stephen Chidwick limped the hijack and Gryko on the button potted to 110,000. Depa was forced all-in for the last chip and Chidwick called. On the 10♠7♦5♦ flop, both checked before the A♦ came on the turn. Chidwick checked again and folded when Gryko bet 100,000.
Jonathan Depa: 6♥6♣4♣3♣
Richard Gryko: A♣K♥K♦3♠
The 9♠ river ended the first entry of Depa, though he may still re-enter until the start of level 13.
