Lichtenberger Denies Dan Showdown

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Andrew Lichtenberger was the first to act and raised to 40,000 before Jeremy Dan defended his big blind.

The 7K6 flop led to a round of checks to bring the J turn.

Dan fired 70,000 on the turn, and Lichtenberger came along with a call.

The Q led to a check from Dan. Lichtenberger responded with a bet of 220,000. Dan was not interested and folded, awarding the pot to Lichtenberger.

Lopes Ousts Fast

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

It was a battle of the blinds when Bruno Lopes and Dietrich Fast clashed, with Fast all-in and at risk for 250,000.

Dietrich Fast: JJAll in
Bruno Lopes: A5

Fast had the jacks and was looking good for a double up, but the flop changed all that when it came 102A to give Lopes a pair of aces.

The turn gave Lopes trip aces when the A peeled, and Fast was unable to extricate himself from the danger zone when the 4 came on the river to eliminate him from the tournament.

Dan continued with a bet of 90,000 and Lichtenberger called, bringing the 2 turn, where both players checked.

On the 2 river, Dan check-folded when Lichtenberger bet 360,000, and he showed AQ.

"You can see one if you want," said Lichtenberger.

Dan chose a card and the J was revealed.

"I'm a genius," said Dan after finding out he made the correct fold.

Arieh Shows Zaharagi the Exit

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Josh Arieh began the action with an open to 30,000 from under the gun. Boris Angelov called in the next seat over before Oliver Weis joined with a call on the button. Maor Zaharagi responded with a three-bet all-in for 465,000 from the small blind. Arieh rejammed to isolate as Angelov and Weis got out of the way.

Maor Zaharagi: 99All in
Josh Arieh: QQ

Zaharagi was sparse on outs as they went to a runout, and the flop gave him little to work with when it came J1010.

The A was of no consequence before the K river gave Arieh a straight to bounce Zaharagi from the tournament.
