Alex Foxen raised it up to 500,000 from an early position to find a single caller in Richard Gryko out of the big blind. Gryko checked his option on the 8♦6♦6♥ flop, which prompted a bet of 425,000 by Foxen, picking up a call by the Brit.
The 3♠ on the turn went check, check, and Gryko asked for the size of the pot when the 8♣ river paired the board for the second time. He then bet 1,100,000 into 2,150,000, which represented half of his stack. Foxen used one time bank extension and gave his opponent a close look, but sent his cards into the muck.
