Nariman Yaghmai called from the small blind, and Qing Lu raised to 1,500,000 from the big blind.

The dealer fanned the 3♥2♦Q♣ flop, and Yaghmai knuckled it over to Lu, who bet 1,500,000. Yaghmai elected to call.

The 5♥ turn brought a second check from Yaghmai, and Lu quickly fired 3,000,000, nearly half of her remaining stack. Yaghmai check-jammed, covering Lu and sending her into a rare tank. After around a minute, Lu put in her final 3,675,000.

Yaghmai had outflopped Lu with two pair and needed to avoid fade a few outs to eliminate her.

The dealer burned a card and put out the 6♦ river, and Lu was eliminated in third place. With her exit, the Seniors High Roller was down to the last two players.

Juan Rodriguez limped in the small blind, and Nariman Yaghmai checked his option from the big blind. The flop was 8♦4♥4♣, and both players checked.

On the turn K♣, Rodriguez checked, and Yaghmai took a stab and bet 1,600,000. Rodriguez called.

Rodriguez checked the river K♥, and Yaghmai went for the bet of 2,200,000. Rodriguez took his time and called.

Rodriguez slammed down A♠J♠, somehow knowing that Yaghmai was bluffing. Rodriguez celebrated when Yaghmai's hand was mucked.

Rodriguez shouted to his large rail, "Ace-high, baby," and the crowd burst into applause.

Lu check-called a bet of 600,000 from Rodriguez on the 7♥4♥10♠ flop.

The Q♦ turn and 9♠ river checked through, and Lu tabled Q♥8♦ for a pair of queens to win the pot. The frustration showed on Rodriguez's face as another pot was pushed away from him.

Both players checked the 9♣K♥A♥ flop and the 3♥ hit the turn. Lu bet 500,000, which Rodriguez called.

Two more checks followed on the 3♦ river and Lu tabled A♠K♠ for top two pair to win the pot.

Yaghmai then led out for 2,200,000 on the river, resulting in a tank-fold from Lu.

Despite pairing the board on the river, Lipton was eliminated as the queen kicker factored in on the board of 9♥7♣K♥9♦8♥. Yaghmai held two pair with a queen kicker for the win.

A final check came from Yaghmai on the Q♦ river, and after taking some time to think, Rodriguez bet 1,200,000. Yaghmai took some time of his own before making the call.

Rodriguez tabled K♣K♦ for a pair of kings, but had value-owned himself as Yaghmai showed A♥5♥ for a pair of aces to take down the pot and move above the eight-figure mark.

Yaghmai picked up some backdoor flush potential on the 8♥6♥A♠ flop, but the 2♦ turn guaranteed there would be no blood.

The 2♣ completed the board and Rodriguez and Yaghmai chopped up Chad Lipton's big blind and ante.
