2026 World Series of Poker
Charles Alex-Barton raised to 27,000 from middle position.
Ryuta Nakai came along from the small blind and sent them to a flop of J♠J♦6♣.
Alex-Barton bet 20,000 after it was checked to him. Nakai stuck around with a call.
The 10♣ turn led to another check from Nakai before Alex-Barton bet 95,000. Nakai called.
The 3♥ river resulted in a check from Nakai. Alex-Barton shoved for approximately 320,000 in response.
Nakai gave it some thought before he mucked his hand to award the pot to Alex-Barton.
Three ways to the turn on a board of 2♦3♠7♣5♠, Josh Reichard checked first from the small blind and Benjamin Williams bet 25,000 out of the big blind. Daniyal Gheba folded the button, but Reichard check-raised to 128,000. Williams elected to call.
A 5♥ arrived on the river and both players opted to check. Reichard revealed a busted flush draw with 10♠9♠, and lost the pot to Williams, who had Q♠7♠ for a pair of sevens with a higher flush draw.
Josh Reichard raised from early position to 25,000, and Joseph Spanne three-bet to 126,000 from the button, leaving one thousand behind. Reichard immediately four-bet to put Spanne all in.
Spanne was taking his time, as a pay jump was imminent, and Reichard called the clock.
After the countdown, Spanne put in his last 1,000 chip.
Joseph Spanne: A♠Q♦
Josh Reichard: K♥Q♣
The board ran out with 10♣J♦6♠5♦3♣, and Spanned managed to stay alive with his ace high.
Anatoly Nikitin opened to 25,000 on the button and got called by Anthony Zinno in the big blind.
The flop came Q♠J♣4♥ and Zinno check-called Nikitin's continuation bet of 22,000.
Both players checked the 3♠ turn but on the 5♥ river, Zinno resumed the action with a 65,000 bet. Nikitin gave him a stare down before making the call.
Zinno showed 10♥9♦ for a busted straight draw prompting Nikitin to turn over 6♠6♣ to win the pot.
Justin Saliba came in for a raise from the cutoff and Anatoly Nikitin defended out of the big blind.
Nikitin checked the 10♥Q♦9♥ flop, and Saliba fired for 40,000. Nikitin continued via a call.
On the J♣ turn, Nikitin checked for a second time and Saliba placed out a double barrel of 80,000. Again, Nikitin just called.
After Nikitin checked the J♥ river, Saliba gave it some thought before reluctantly checking behind.
Nikitin tabled K♦Q♠ for a straight to earn the pot.
Martin Kabrhel limped from the cutoff before Tyler Cornell raised to 130,000 on the button. Kabrhel called.
Both players checked the 3♠10♥8♥ to bring the 8♣ on the turn.
Kabrhel looked at the clock, then said, "Payout jump. I'm all-in."
Cornell called to put himself at risk for less.
Tyler Cornell: A♦8♦
Martin Kabrhel: 3♣3♥
Cornell hit trip eights on the turn, but it was in trouble as Kabrhel held a full house.
The river flipped the script when the A♠ came to upgrade Cornell to a higher full house.
"Diamonds are a good hand because diamonds are forever," Kabrhel opined as the pot was pushed to Cornell.
Brock Wilson opened to 25,000 from under the gun, which only Jeremy Becker called in the big blind.
The dealer spread a Q♣3♠J♦ flop, on which Becker check-called a continuation bet of 25,000.
The action checked through on the A♣ turn, and the 10♠ completed the board.
Becker checked for a third time before folding to a bet of 30,000.
Zexiang Sun raised from middle position to 25,000, and David "ODB" Baker moved all in for 220,000. Sun called before Baker had a chance to move his chips forward, and Baker knew he was in trouble.
David "ODB" Baker: K♣J♣
Zexiang Sun: K♥K♦
The board ran out with 7♠Q♠10♣4♣2♠, and Sun's kings won the pot.
A pot of around 1,500,000 just occurred preflop between Julien Sitbon on the button and Kevin Eyster in the big blind. Sitbon was the shorter stack and the player at risk.
Julien Sitbon: A♣A♦
Kevin Eyster: A♠K♠
It was a brutal cooler that Sitbon was on the right end of with pocket aces.
There was no sweat for Sitbon on the 8♣6♥9♥3♥8♦ runout, and he earned the huge double-up, while Eyster was left with just a few big blinds.
