Zhao Liu kicked the action off with a raise to 100,000 in the hijack, and faced a three-bet to 280,000 from Marshall Daigle on the button. When the action folded back to Liu, he called.

Liu then opted to check-raise on a 4♠5♣J♣ flop, making it 475,000 after Daigle had continued for 175,000. Undeterred, Daigle called the raise.

Both the 5♥ turn and the 6♥ river were checked through.

"Ace-high", Liu told Daigle, who then tabled his A♦J♥ for two pair to claim the pot, as Liu mucked his hand.
