On a completed board of A♠8♥7♥K♥9♠ and about 120,000 in the middle, Mykhailo Gutyi in the big blind faced a bet of 90,000 on the river from Curtis Nare, who was on the button. Gutyi had a tough decision for the majority of his remaining chips.

"Do I smell ace-king?" Gutyi bemoaned as he made his discomfort clear. "In every other tournament I call easy," Gutyi continued, "But Main Event..."

The pressure of the spot ultimately led to Gutyi folding his hand, but showing the A♥ as he mucked, and Nare quietly returned his cards to the dealer face down.
