Max Steinberg opened to 1,100 from early position and Xizhe Yuan called from the hijack. Xuming Qi also called on the button.

The 5♥5♠A♥ flop saw Steinberg bet 1,100 and Yuan called. Qi mucked, leaving the players to go heads up to the 8♥ turn.

Steinberg asked for 2,800 on the turn and Yuan called to see the 9♣ complete the board.

Both checked quickly to showdown and Steinberg showed Q♠J♥ but Yuan took the pot with the pair of aces after tabling his A♠J♠.
