One Mans Worst Nightmare is Another's Dream Spot

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

David Umfleet limped in under the gun, and the player on the button did the same. Darin Parker then raised to 3,600 from the small blind, which the big blind called. Umfleet then sprang his trap, limp-raising to 17,000.

That removed the button player from the equation, but Parker moved all in from the small blind for around 95,000. The big blind folded, and the action was back on Umfleet, who had around 50,000 in his stack.

"This is my worst nightmare", he said before he put his chips in the middle.

Parker immediately tabled her hand and was a bit shocked when she saw Umfleet's holding.

David Umfleet: AA All in
Darin Parker: AK

"Why is that your worst nightmare?", Parker asked.

"Busting with aces," Umfleet responded.

If the 4KQ flop was uncomfortable for Umfleet, the 4 turn didn't calm his nerves, as Parker picked up a host of outs.

The 9 river was clean, though, and Parker slid over a stack of chips, giving Umfleet his double-up.
