Good Fold... Perhaps
Yervand Boyadjian raised to 900 in early position, and Brian Smith called one seat to his left. Emery Martindale then called in the cutoff, which tempted the small blind to join in as well.
When the action checked to Martindale on a K♥10♣7♠ flop, he bet 2,500, which shook out the small blind, but Boyadjian and Smith both called.
All three players then checked on the A♦ turn, seeing the 6♦ river complete the board.
Once again, the action checked to Martindale, who bet 11,000. Boyadjian quickly folded, but Smith gave it more thought. After a minute or so had passed, he folded as well, returning his cards with his A♥ face up.
"Good fold," Martindale told him.
"Was it?" Smith asked.
Smith then began a guessing game of Martindale's hand, but Martindale didn't share any further information.
