Elizalde Extracts Value Out of Sheena

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Claudio Elizalde
Claudio Elizalde

With about 37,000 in the pot on a board of 7J510K, Laith Sheena checked from early position, and Claudio Elizalde fired out a bet of 28,000 from middle position, sending Sheena deep into the tank.

Sheena looked visibly uncomfortable with the decision Elizalde had left him, his chips repeatedly moving from one hand to the other as he weighed up his options. After a couple of minutes, he finally tossed in a single chip to call.

Elizalde tabled the winner with Q9 for a rivered straight, earning him the pot and pushing his stack to almost 100,000.
