End of the Road for Khai

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Rostyslav Sabishchenko opened in early position to 240,000 before Kam Khai went all-in for approximately 1,200,000. Sabischenko was quick to call, putting Khai at risk.

Kam Khai: AJAll in
Rostyslav Sabishchenko: JJ

Khai was drawing thin as they headed to a board, and the 1047 flop provided some intrigue as it gave Khai a diamond flush draw.

The 9 turn increased Khai's chances to stay alive with straight outs to chop, but the K river did not convert on any of those outs to send Khai to the rail.

Yu Finds a Double Up on Kempson

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Yuan Yu pushed 1,060,000 in front of him, with only 20,000 behind, and Corey Kempson announced all in for a bigger stack. It came back to Yu who sent his last chips in the midde:

Yuan Yu: AK All in
Corey Kempson: JJ

Yu stood up from his chair, ready to leave, when the flop fell 443, but a A showed up on the turn and he took down the pot after the 9 completed the board.

Wei Falls to Vasylchenko

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

The table folded to Kaiwen Wei in the small blind, and he elected to raise to 485,000, leaving only 15,000 in chips behind.

Oleg Vasylchenko in the big blind chose to jam to force Wei all in. Wei took one minute before he decided to put in his final chip and put himself at risk.

Kaiwen Wei: Q2All in
Oleg Vasylchenko: J3

The flop was safe for Wei when it came 443, but the turn was not so friendly as the J flipped over.

The 9 did not save Wei as he exited the tournament.

Khai Calls to Bust Capretta

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Kam Khai raised under the gun to 200,000 and Joseph Armideo called, followed by Timothy Capretta in the big blind.

The flop came 98Q and it checked to Khai who continued for 150,000. Both Armideo and Capretta called.

The 7 brought no betting action and a 8 landed on the river. Capretta shoved for 510,000 and Khai called while Armideo folded.

Capretta tabled A7, but saw A8 in Khai's hand for trips and he made his way to the exit.

Miller Sent Packing

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Arieori Miller was the first to act and raised to 230,000, leaving only 50,000 in chips behind. It folded to Fabiano Kovalski, who chose to call from the button. Upeshka De Silva in the small blind, and Adrian Lopez in the big blind came along to create a four-way pot as they headed to a flop.

De Silva, Lopez, and Miller checked the 34J flop. Kovalski opted to bet 200,000, which led to folds from De Silva and Lopez. Miller put in his final 50,000 to go to a showdown at risk.

Arieori Miller: K8All in
Fabiano Kovalski: A8

Kovalski had Miller in a bad spot despite neither player connecting strongly with the flop.

The 6 turn was neither here nor there, and the 5 river completed the board as Kovalski took down the pot with ace high to eliminate Miller.

Rossitto Raises All-In on the River

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Kaiwen Wei opened to 200,000 from under the gun and was called by Michael Rossitto in the cutoff.

After Wei checked the 466 flop, Rossitto bet 160,000. Wei called, then both players checked the 4 turn.

Wei led out for 450,000 on the K river, but Rossitto raised all-in for approximately 1,300,000. Wei went deep into the tank, but folded.
