Kenney Says He Folded Top Pair

Bryn Kenney opened to 30,000 from the button and called when Matt Glantz three-bet to 85,000 from the big blind.

Kenney called a bet of 85,000 on the J83 flop, bringing in the 4 turn. Glantz sized up to 325,000 and after some time in the tank, Kenney folded.

"How much to see your hand?" asked Kenney, with Glantz replying that it didn;t matter as he would've wanted to see Kenney's hand, which had already gone into the muck.

"King-jack of hearts," answered Kenney, with Glantz later telling him he had kings.

The next hand, Philip Sternheimer raised to 30,000 in the hijack and Justin Liberto defended his big blind. Liberto drew one and Sternheimer stood pat.

Liberto then led out for 82,000 after the draw and Sternheimer folded.

Jeremy Ausmus completed and the action folded back to Smith who put in the last of his chips.

Ausmus started with split eights and ended up making eights and sixes after he received all of his cards.

Smith had just a pair of fours, and had no chance of making a low. He needed king, queen, ten or four to stay alive but the A was not what he wanted to see and marked the end of his tournament.
