Joshua Wedell: AJAll in
James Smith: AK

Ramirez Doubles Through Roxas

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

In another pre-flop raising battle, all the spondula was in the middle between Ralph Roxas in early position and Carlos Ramirez in late position, and it was Ramirez at risk.

Carlos Ramirez: AJAll in
Ralph Roxas: QK

Ramirez soared ahead on the AJK6 flop, but Roxas still had outs. The 6 on the turn wasn't one of them, and when the Q came on the river, it did make him two pair, but Ramirez had a better two pair and received a full double up.

Quads Sends Rolli to the Rail

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Daniel Paredes Da Silva began the action with an open to 3,300 from middle position. Fabian Rolli called from the cutoff, and David Mcphail came along with a call from the big blind.

Mcphail checked on the 773 flop and Paredes Da Silva continued for 2,500. Rolli called before Mcphail chose to raise it to 15,000. Paredes Da Silva folded, and Rolli elected to jam for his final 19,300. Mcphail called and sent the two players to a showdown.

Fabian Rolli: KKAll in
David Mcphail: 87

Rolli's kings were on life support against Mcphail's trip sevens. Rolli did not find an escape hatch, as Mcphail improved to a four of a kind when the Q turn and the 7 river came out to eliminate Rolli.

Sabini Sniffs Out Hathaway

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Action was joined with the board reading 3103K7 and the pot at well over 30,000 already. Michael Hathaway had moved all in, and Michael Sabini was deep in the tank for 2-3 minutes before he called and turned over A10 for two pair. 'Nice Hand!' exclaimed Hathaway, turning his A5 over and then promptly flipping into the muck as he was sent packing by Sabini.

Thomas Playing a Dangerous Aggressive Game

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Tom Thomas raised from late position to 5,000 and was called by Richard Hendricks on the button. Diane Cooley then three-bet all in from the big blind. Thomas called, and Hendricks folded.

Diane Cooley: AJAll in
Tom Thomas: A10

The board ran out 352Q7 and gave Thomas no help, but Cooley got a much needed double up.

In the very next hand, Thomas raised again now from middle position to 3,000 and all other players folded except for Paul Ng, who made the call from the big blind.

The flop came 5Q8, Ng checked, and Thomas continuing his aggression bet out for 2,400. Ng called. The turn brought the 4, and again Ng checked, and this time Thomas bets out for 10,200. Ng thought for a while and made the call.

Both players checked the 2 river and Ng tabled 910 for missed straight and flush draws whilst Thomas flipped over 77 for third pair, which won him the pot.
