Zhang Gets Daring with King-Ten

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Zhijian Zhang raised from early position to 800, and action was folded to Danielle Dare in the small blind, who called, only to see Saul Herrera raise to 2,700 from the big blind.

Zhang then decided to move all in for 9,000. Dare called, and Herrera folded.

Zhijian Zhang: K10All in
Danielle Dare: AK

Zhang was way behind after trying to get frisky, and got no help on the Q7Q36 runout and was sent packing by Dare.

"Very sneaky just flatting there with ace-king," remarked Herrera to Dare as she was stacking her newly found chips.

No Bluffing The Romanello's

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The action was multi-way to the flop and turn, and the board read 9456 and was at over 7,000.

Samir Mehmel checked from the small blind as did Martin Timm from middle position and Florian Berge from the cutoff, allowing Francesco Romanello to take a stab at the pot for 3,000. Mehmel folded, but Timm and Berge both called, and the players saw the 7 peel off on the river.

Timm checked, and Berge tried to represent by betting out for 3,500. Romanello called.

"Got an eight?" Berge asked, as he tabled his 109 for one pair.

"No, just two pair," Romanello replied, tabling his 5x7x, and was pushed the pot.

Players Not Hanging Around

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Even though the event is a freezeout, players are not taking their time to take chances and build some healthy stacks.

With the pot at over 13,000 and board reading 10757 Blain Jordan moved all in for 17,300, which sent Francois Russo and then Rigo Vangarell into the tank before they both folded. Jordan tabled A7 to show he wasn't at it.

In another all-in situation, the board read 2QQ7A, and Xing Wei bet 3,200, only to see Paul Osley come over the top and move all in for 16,000. Wei knew he was beat and mucked his (apparent) queen to see Paul Osley show AxQx for a full house.
