Reynolds Doubles Through Kribben

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

On the J77 flop and the pot already swelled, Paul Reynolds bet out for 20,000 from the big blind and was called by Matthias Kribben on the button.

The turn brought the 10 and Reynolds moved all in for his last 66,000. Kribben called.

Paul Reynolds: AJAll in
Matthias Kribben: J9

The Q bricked out on the river and gave no nasty outdraw to Kribben, and the pot was pushed to Reynolds for a full double up.

McCarthy's Jacks Better Than Gan's Fours

Leideck's Bluff Falls Short

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Julien Leideck in the small blind and Robert Kinstle on the button checked the pot of 25,000 on a flop of Q68.

On the turn 5, Leideck bet 8,000 and Kinstle called again. Finally on the river Q, Leideck shot out 50,000 and Kinstle snap-called.

Leideck mucked his hand and Kinstle tabled A6 as the dealer pushed the chips towards his direction.

Tank, Tank, Tank

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

On a flop of Q35 and the pot at about 30,000, Michael McCarthy checked in the small blind and Michael Hans bet out for 9,000 from the big blind. McCarthy went into the tank for about three minutes before he check-raised to 24,000, which sent Hans into the tank for about two minutes before he made the call, and the players saw the 9 peel off on the turn.

McCarthy went into the tank again for 2-3 minutes before betting out for 42,000, which of course then sent Hans into the tank again, (PokerNews lost track of the time by now!) and he eventually called.

The 7 came on the river, and yes, you guessed it, McCarthy went into the tank again before he pushed out a bet of 140,000, and yes, this sent Hans into the tank, who eventually....................folded! The whole hand took approximately 12-15 minutes.

Chaos on 511

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Lukas Zaskodny raised from under the gun, was called by Samuel Choae in middle position, also called by Samuel Ferguson from the cutoff, and then Christopher Kondrat went all-in for 52,500. Zaskodny went all in as well, everyone folded, and they were off to see five.

Christopher Kondrat A5 All in
Lukas Zaskodny: Q10

On the runout of 54238, Zaskodny did not improve and doubled up Kondrat.

Fajardo Wins With Ace-High

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Nikolay Volper raised to 8,000 from middle position and was called by Rafael Fajardo in the big blind.

The flop revealed 934. Volper checked, Fajardo bet 6,500, and Volper raised to 16,000. Fajardo made the call.

The turn brought the 4. This time, Volper bet 32,000, and Fajardo called.

Both players checked when the dealer placed the 5 on the river. Fajardo tabled AJ, which was good for the win.

All Smiles for Miles

Level 13 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Tony Miles opened to 8,000 under the gun and got the blinds, James Borland in small and Scott Weinstein in big, to call.

All three checked the 310Q flop. Borland led on the 4 turn pushing Weinstein out of the way and getting a call from Miles. The 4 went check-check.

Borland showed the winning hand of KQ prompting Miles to muck his hand, but with a smile. It would seem that his mom follows PokerNews and now that his hand will be reported, she'll know he's on the most fun table in the tournament.

Deering could not find his ace or king, sending him to the rail, while Brown chipped up to over 700,000.
