Bronstein Among the Latest Casualties

On a completed board of KQ1084, Noah Bronstein in the small blind made it 26,000 to go. Jon Borenstein in the big blind tank-called and was shown the AJ42 for the nuts by Bronstein. Down to around 6,000, Borenstein was eliminated shortly after to cut his massage and tournament life short.

Druckman Catches Pantaleo Bluffing

Level 7 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Giuseppe Pantaleo bet the K96510 river for 18,000 in the cutoff and Jeremy Druckman in the small blind pondered about the decision for a minute. Druckman made the call to get shown AQ75 for a pair of fives and missed straight as well as flush draw by Pantaleo.

Druckman had that beat with the Q10107 for a set of tens with one nut straight blocker.

Three-way action in a three-bet pot turned heads up after Thomas Taylor called a bet of 9,000 in the cutoff on the 897 flop.

Both players checked the A turn before the dealer turned over the 2 river.

Action was checked again to Taylor, who slid out a bet of 12,000. After a few moments, the call was made.

"Straight," said Taylor, tabling AK65 to take down the pot as his opponent mucked.

Osmun Takes From Grau

Level 7 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Four ways to the 10322 turn, Thomas Osmun bet 4,500 when checked to and table big stack Tim Grau raised to 15,000. JC Tran and Alex Rocha folded while Osmun called. They checked the A river and Grau announced a ten.

Osmun showed his QQ92 and won the pot with trips deuces.

Saliba Takes From Ponakovs

Heads-up to the 843A turn, Aleksejs Ponakovs checked and then called a bet worth 2,500 by Vivian Saliba. They checked the 10 river and Ponakovs declared "I win" before showing his 8532 for a wheel. Saliba, however, had that beat with the J772 for a flush.

"That will teach him," Justin Young joked.

"It is his first time playing Omaha," Justin Saliba added.
