Mizrachi and Landowski Both Crippled by Yeh

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Andrew Yeh
Andrew Yeh

In the first hand, Robert Mizrachi raised from the cutoff and was three-bet by Andrew Yeh on the button. Action folded back around to Mizrachi, who called.

Mizrachi check-called bets from Yeh on the {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{q-Spades} flop and {6-Hearts} turn; however, Mizrachi check-folded after facing another bet from Yeh on the {9-Clubs} river.

A few hands later, Yeh raised from the hijack and was called by Ben Landowski in the big blind.

Landowski check-called bets from Yeh all the way down on a {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} flop, {10-Clubs} turn, and {6-Clubs} river.

Yeh tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Clubs} for a flush and a low and Landowski mucked.

Engel Applying Pressure

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Ari Engel opened from early position and Andrew Yeh defended in the big blind.

Engel bet when checked to on the flop of {k-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and Yeh called, but opted to check-fold when facing another bet on the {10-Clubs} turn.

Engel has a big stack and has been using it to his advantage by applying aggression at the table.

Engel Takes a Chunk Out of Mizrachi's Stack

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Ari Engel raised from the lojack and found one caller in Robert Mizrachi from the small blind.

Mizrachi proceeded to check-call down on every street against Engel. First on the {4-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop, then on the {5-Hearts} turn, and lastly on the {10-Spades} river.

Engel tabled {a-Hearts}{9-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts} for a set and Mizrachi mucked.

Khamar Xaytavone Eliminated in 9th Place ($30,102)

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Khamar Xaytavone
Khamar Xaytavone

Khamar Xaytavone had only 25,000 and was forced all-in from the big blind in a heads-up pot against under-the-gun player Ari Engel.

Khamar Xaytavone: {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts}
Ari Engel: {j-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}

The flop of {4-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} gave Engel a wrap and the {2-Diamonds} turn gave him his straight. The {q-Spades} on the river didn't change things and Xaytavone was eliminated in ninth place.

Xaytavone told his opponents he enjoyed playing with them and fist-bumped Phil Hellmuth as he left.

Christopher Vitch
Christopher Vitch

Chris Vitch raised from the button and Ari Engel three-bet from the small blind. Ben Landowski then made it four bets to go from the big blind and both Vitch and Engel called.

All three players proceeded to check on the {8-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{10-Spades} flop and {q-Diamonds} turn; however, Engel led out for a bet on the {4-Spades} river. Landowski quickly folded but Vitch went deep into the tank.

After a few minutes, Vitch committed the rest of his chips with a call and Engel tabled {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the nut straight.

Vitch showed he held {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Clubs} before standing up and wishing his tablemates good luck.

Yeh Picks Up Big Pot; Xaytavone Left Short

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Andrew Yeh opened in the cutoff and Khamar Xaytavone three-bet in the small blind. Chris Vitch then cold four-bet in the big blind and both players called.

Vitch bet out on the {10-Clubs}{j-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop and both players called. Vitch bet again on the {j-Diamonds} turn and Xaytavone folded with just 25,000 left, while Yeh called.

Vitch checked, then faced a bet from Yeh on the {5-Spades} river. He folded after being the aggressor throughout the hand, sending a massive pot Yeh's way.

Khamar Xaytavone
Khamar Xaytavone

In the first hand, a very short-stacked Khamar Xaytavone got all in preflop against Chris Vitch in a blind vs. blind battle. He doubled with {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} against Vitch's {9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} on a {2-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{j-Spades} runout.

A few hands later, Xaytavone doubled again after getting all in preflop against Robert Mizrachi.

Xaytavone held the {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{4-Hearts} against Mizrachi's {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{3-Hearts} and the board ran out {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}.
