The river was the {7-Hearts}, and Pappas checked. Stephensen bet 4 million, and Pappas folded to give Stephensen the pot and the chip lead.

Stephensen showed the {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, but that lost to Sindelar's {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}, and the man from Nebraska was pushed the pot.

Andoni Larrabe opened from the cutoff to 800,000 and Martin Jacobson called from the big blind to see a {J-Spades}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop. Jacobson checked and Larrabe led out for 950,000 with Jacobson calling as the dealer dropped the {A-Clubs} on the turn.

Jacobson checked again and Larrabe bet out 1.65 million as Jacobson deliberated for several moments before calling.

The {2-Hearts} completed the board and both players checked with Larrabe tabling his {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} to scoop to pot and move to 23.4 million.
