Van Hoof's Kings No Match for Keranen's Full House

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Kyle Keranen
Kyle Keranen

From under the gun, Jorryt van Hoof opened to 90,000 and Kyle Keranen defended his big blind to see a {A-Hearts}{10-Spades}{A-Spades} flop.

Keranan checked, Van Hoof continued for 135,000, and Keranen called. The {J-Diamonds} fell on the turn and van Hoof bet out 480,000 with Keranen again check-calling.

The river landed the {5-Spades} and Keranen checked for a third time before van Hoof pushed out a bet of 1,890,000 which Keranen called.

Van Hoof tapped the table in a sign that he was conceding, but Keranen asked him to show.

Van Hoof tabled his {K-Spades}{K-Hearts} for two pair, but it would be Keranen's {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} for a rivered full house that would see Keranen scoop the monster pot and see his stack climb to 8.3 million as van Hoof slipped to 1.9 million in chips.
