Kings Up For Cole

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Mark Newhouse raised to 100,000 from the button and William Cole called from the small blind. The two saw {5-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} hit the felt and Cole took the lead for 135,000. Newhouse stayed the course and the {6-Hearts} came on the turn. Cole slowed with a check and Newhouse checked it back.

The {K-Diamonds} completed the board and Cole bet 275,000, sending Newhouse into the tank. After about a minute, Newhouse announced a call. Cole showed {K-Spades}{7-Spades} for kings and sevens and Newhouse mucked his hand. Cole took down the pot and has worked his stack up to 3.435 million in chips.
