Duckworth Takes on Greenstein

Level 7 : 150/300, 25 ante

We arrived at the table, just as Tim Duckworth opened to 675 from middle position. He was called by Barry Greenstein on the small blind, as well as the player on the big blind.

The flop came down {3-Hearts}{9-Spades}{a-Spades}, as both blinds checked over to Duckworth, who threw in a continuation bet of 925. Greenstein dropped in a raise to 2,000, which saw the big blind fold his hand. Duckworth thought for a moment before making the call, as both players watched the {8-Spades} fall on the turn.

Greentstein bet out 3,000, which was called, as the {6-Diamonds} completed the board. Greenstein checked his option, before Duckworth went into the tank. Almost a minute passed, before he announced all in for his last 11,000, which was enough to see Greenstein’s cards thrown into the muck.

Level 6 : 100/200, 25 ante

Loni Harwood opened to 400, and was called by the player in the big blind, before both saw the flop come down {2-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. A quick check saw Harwood throw out a continuation bet of 550, which was called, as the ad} fell on the turn. Both players checked, as the {6-Clubs} made its way on the river.

Harwood’s opponent instantly bet out 1,200, and after thinking about her decision for a moment, made the call, only to muck her had when shown the {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}.
