Mercado and Sapitavicius Battle; Chu Busts

Level 16 : 1,400/2,800, 350 ante

Jesse "AAGenius88" Mercado clashed with Arunas "AngryGoose" Sapitavicius and got creative when he check-raised a {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{2-Spades} turn to then check-shove the {8-Spades} river with the {6-Spades}{3-Spades}. Sapitavicius called with {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} for aces full to score a large double.

Mercado then triple-barreled a {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}{7-Clubs} board and jammed the river for 72,223 to force a fold.

Sapitavicius then bounced back when he knocked out Chi Jen "PetitFoxx" Chu in a flip with {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} versus 5AsJd], the board ran out {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}.

"REPTAR" Doubles; Mathis Does Not

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Germany's "REPTAR" raised and then called all-in when facing a large three-bet by big stack Mustafa "Hulk1907" Biz.

"REPTAR": {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Mustafa "Hulk1907" Biz: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}

Biz was way ahead but the {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{j-Spades} gave his opponent trips tens.

Three hands later, Marty "RetremntFund" Mathis jammed on the button and he was called by Robin "Kabuzzi" Berggren in the big blind.

Marty "RetremntFund" Mathis: {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
Robin "Kabuzzi" Berggren: {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Both players hit their kicker on a {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} board and that spelled the end for Mathis.
