Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

John Juanda limped in from the small blind and Nick Schulman checked his option.

The flop was {Q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Juanda checked to Schulman who put out a bet of 600. Juanda called.

Both players checked down on the {7-Clubs} turn and the {10-Spades} river and Juanda showed his {Q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} which was good enough to take down the pot with two pair.

Beh Straightens Out Ivey

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

Kok Wen Beh opened with a raise to 1,300 from under the gun and Phil Ivey called in the cutoff. Nick Schulman called in the big blind.

The flop came down {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Schulman checked. Beh put out a bet of 2,200 and Ivey called. Schulman folded so it was two to the turn.

On the {10-Clubs} turn, both players checked to see the {7-Clubs} on the river. There, Beh put out a bet of 7,000 and Ivey called. Beh showed down his {J-Spades}{9-Spades} for a straight and that allowed him to take down the pot when Ivey mucked.

The dealer rolled out an action-provoking flop of {2-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Phua continued for 1,500. Chen called with a flush draw and the {Q-Hearts} turn gave him top pair.

Chen checked again and Phua barrelled, firing 3,500. Chen called again and they saw the {9-Clubs} hit the river. Chen tapped the felt one more time and Phua blasted 10,000 into 13,700. Chen couldn't convince himself to fold and paid the price.
