Vogelsang Gets a Fold

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

With about 40,000 in the middle and a board reading {4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Spades}, Christoph Vogelsang bet 14,000 and called a check-raise from Dan Smith of 42,000.

The {5-Hearts} hit the turn and Smith checked. Vogelsang went into the tank and Smith eventually called the clock. Vogelsang snap-shoved and Smith quickly mucked.

Lamb Doubles Through Loeser

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Ben Lamb opened to 15,000 on the button and then put himself at risk, calling a three-bet shove from Manig Loeser out of the big blind.

Loeser: {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Lamb: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

Lamb smoked the {8-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop leaving Loeser drawing to a chop. The {q-Clubs} ended that sweat and Lamb raked in the double up after the {9-Spades} completed the board.

David Peters
David Peters

The board read {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} with about 80,000 already piled up in the middle of a three-way pot between Christoph Vogelsang in the big blind, David Peters in the cutoff and Yat Wai Cheng on the button. Vogelsang check-folded to a bet of 43,000 from Peters but Cheng called.

The {k-Clubs} paired the board on the river and Peters got the job done with a bet of 55,000 forcing Cheng to release.
