Blake Whittington

Adam Dahlin opened to 800 in early position and received four calls, two of which were Nghia Le on the button and Blake Whittington in the big blind. The flop dropped {k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and action checked to Dahlin, who announced a continuation-bet of 2,000. Three folds came and then Whittington called.

The turn was {a-Spades} and Whittington checked. Dahlin thought for a few moments and then announced another bet of 4,500. Whittington check-raised all in for 13,500 and Dahlin immediately called.

Blake Whittington: {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Adam Dahlin: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

The turn had given Dahlin top set but also filled up Whittington to Broadway. The river fell {2-Clubs}, clean for Whittington to score him the double and leave Dahlin with less than 20 big blinds in his stack.

Level 3 : 200/300, 300 ante
David Vig
David Vig

Hand #1: David Vig had opened in middle position and was three-bet to 2,700 by Kou Vang, who was in the hijack. Vig four-bet all in for 8,300 and Vang quickly called.

David Vig: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Kou Vang: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

It was a classic coin flip situation and Vig held as the board ran out {6-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} to leave his jacks best.

Hand #2: On the following hand, Vig limped in from early position and Vang pumped it up to 1,100 in middle position. The hijack and player on the button called as action made its way back to Vig who also threw in chips to call.

"Four of you," said the dealer as he spread a flop of {5-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs}. Vig checked and Vang made a continuation-bet of 1,400. The hijack and player on the button folded, and Vig check-raised to 3,200. Vang thought for a while and called.

The dealer brought a turn of {6-Spades} and Vig reached for chips again, this time betting 6,400. Vang went into the tank for well over a minute and then let his hand go, opting to hold on to his remaining 10,900 and wait for another hand.
