Prize pool information has just been announced, with 485 entries across two days generating a total prize pool of $468,950. Fifty-four players will get paid with a first-level payout good for $2,110 and payouts escalating from there up to the first-place prize of $100,824.
A player raised to 7,000 in early position and received calls from both Kevin Pender in the cutoff and Nizom Abdukadyrov, who defended his big blind. The flop came

The turn was 
and Abdukadyrov led out with a bet of 12,000. The original raiser folded and Pender called, taking action heads up to the river 
. Abdukadyrov checked to Pender, who threw out a bet of 24,000. Abdukadyrov thought for over a half-minute and then tossed in chips to call.

and the dealer announced eights full, prompting a muck from Abdukadyrov to earn Pender the pot.

Jeremy Dresch raised it up to 6,000 under the gun and saw action fold around to the cutoff, who called. Matt Dodd was on the button and called as well, as did both players in the blinds to take action five ways to a flop of 
.
Action checked around to Dodd and he put out a bet of 12,000. He received three quick folds from both blinds and Dresch to put action back onto the cutoff, who cut out a call.
The turn came and the cutoff checked. Dodd fired 16,000 into the middle and his opponent did not take long before letting his hand go, earning Dodd the pot and a sizeable increase to his stack to go along with it.
With registration closed, the number of 262 entries for Day 1b has been officially confirmed to bring the two-day total to 485 entries. Prize pool information will be posted as soon as it is released.
Hand #1: Andy Tran was under the gun and raised to 8,000. Action folded around to Jeff Maas in the cutoff and he three-bet all in for around 30,000. Tran called.

Maas picked up a pair of jacks on the flop 
to give him a chance at cracking Tran's aces but that was the closest he would get as the turn and river 
completed the runout to leave Maas' pair of jacks second best against Tran's set of aces, ending his night shortly after the closure of the registration period.
Hand #2: Two hands later, Jesse Rockowitz scored a knockout. According to Tran, action folded to the player on the button and he shoved all in with Rockowitz calling in the big blind.

. The all-in player then turned two pair as he hit on the turn, but Rockowitz was the one who finished back on top as the river gave him trips and scored him the pot and the knockout.
