Pierce's flopped set was way out in front of the all-in player's overpair of kings and was able to fade the two remaining kings in the deck for his hand to remain best as the turn

completed the runout, resulting in the pot being sent to Pierce as his opponent was sent packing.
Justin Thurlow, known among many locally as "Torpedo" opened to 600 in the hijack and was called by both players in the blinds. The flop fell ![]()
