Arguelles on FIRE

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Paul Arguelles, who is currently the chip leader, has been running insanely hot according to his table. They have counted six times that Arguelles has received pocket aces and has won big on every single occasion.

He is still chip-leading with a healthy stack of 165,000.

Drake Shoves River

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

On a heads-up turn board of 39810, Ekrum Bozkurt led out for 6,000 and Sean Drake made the call from the button.

The river came the 6 to complete the flush and Bozkurt decided to check, at which point Drake moved all in.

Bozkurt then went into the tank for a good while, at least two minutes, before he shook his head and slid his cards into the middle.

Salameh Fires River

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

On a three-way flop of 10A4, the small blind led out for 1,000 but then Yousef Salameh bumped it up to 3,500 and only Kevin O'Donnell made the call from the cutoff.

The turn came the 10 and Salameh continued for 6,000 and O'Donnell made the call to see the K on the river.

Salameh then fired again for 15,000 but O'Donnell quickly tossed in his cards to award him the pot. He then showed A5 for a flopped pair of aces and a rivered flush as he raked in the chips.

Kramer Brings in Value from Biagi

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

On a completed board of 108379, the pot had around 12,500 in the middle when Matthew Kramer bet 9,000 after a check from Anthony Biagi.

Biagi then went into the tank for around two minutes before he made the call, but was then shown KQ by Kramer for a big flush on the river. Biaga then mucked his hand and the pot was awarded to Kramer to boost him to 51,000.

Great Call, Brutal River

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

On a heads-up turn of 62A6, Martin Abraham led out for 7,200 into the the pot of 19,300 but then Jaime Haletky moved all in for 22,800.

Abraham then went into the tank for almost four minutes before someone called the clock on him. As his timer reached zero, he decided to make the call to put Haletky at risk.

"Nice call," Haletky said as he flipped over 33 while Abraham turned over 88 for a superior holding.

Unfortunately for Abraham, the river came crashing with the 3 to give Haletky a full house, much to Abraham's chagrin as he banged the table in disgust.

Hero Call from Man-Son-Hing

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

On a heads-up flop of 792, Bruce Man-Son-Hing checked it over to James Thompson who bet 3,000 into the pot of 6,100. Man-Son-Hing made the call and the two went to the turn 10 and both players decided to check.

The 6 came on the river and Man-Son-Hing checked once more and Thompson thought for a second before he fired out for 10,000. Man-Son-Hing snap-called and Thompson hung his head as he tossed out KQ for king high and Man-Son-Hing proudly flipped over AK for ace high to take the pot, which was quite impressive to the rest of the table.
