Greenwood Doubles Geeng

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Sam Greenwood raised to 30,000 on the button and Daniel Geeng came along from the small blind. On the {Q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, the stacks went in and it was no surprise to see Greenwood quickly put his opponent at risk.

Daniel Geeng: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Sam Greenwood: {K-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Clubs}

Geeng was marginally ahead but needed to fade a lot of outs. The {8-Spades} turn and the {2-Clubs} river did just that and the American doubled.

One hand later, Ka Kwan Lau raised to 30,000 and Greenwood reraised the pot to 92,000, which got through.

Short stack Hok Lee also raised the pot on the button soon after and showed kings after all opponents folded.

Last but not least, Geeng and Lee limped in and Lau as well as Greenwood in the blinds came along, then checked to the limpers on the {K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop. Geeng also checked, and Lee scooped the pot with a bet worth 42,000, flashing the {K-Diamonds} with the words "I had ace-king with a king-high flushdraw."
