Haxton Leaves Depa as the New Short Stack

Level 19 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Isaac Haxton opened to 140,000 from the hijack, Jonathan Depa moved all in for 390,000 from the small blind and Haxton called for his remaining 200,000. Players turned over their hands with Haxton at risk of elimination.

Isaac Haxton: {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Jonathan Depa: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}

The flop came down {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Haxton took the lead, flopping two pair. The {j-Spades} filled Haxton up on the turn and Depa would now need to spike an ace on the river. A {8-Spades} on the river changed nothing as Haxton doubled up again, leaving Depa as the new short stack of the table.
