Seidel Puts the Hurt on Negreanu
We just caught the tail end of the pot, walking up as the board showed
. There was just more than 200,000 in the pot, and Daniel Negreanu had checked. Erik Seidel was the other man in the pot, and he put out a bet of 80,000. It looked like a smallish bet, but it probably didn't seem so to Negreanu, who only had about 90,000 chips left.
After a couple minutes, Negreanu folded, and Seidel stacked the pot to move up over the 400,000-chip mark.
