Phua Avoids Blind-vs-Blind Disaster

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 4,000 ante

Hand #8: Action folded around to Ole Schemion in the small blind and he just limped with the {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}. Paul Phua, who was unfortunate enough to wake up with the {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} in the big, then raised to 80,000. Schemion wasted little time in three-betting to 240,000, and that inspired Phua to four-bet to 480,000.

Schemion sat silently for about a minute and then slid out a five-bet to 800,000. At this point Phua seemed to know something was up, and after thinking about it for a short time, he laid down his hand.
