A big pile of chips amounting to more than 30,000 was already in the middle as Peter Freden and Cedric Jaby went to the turn on a board of 4♦2♠6♦2♥.
Freden, in the cutoff, then moved all in for 26,200 as Jaby began tanking from the big blind. A few minutes went by until Jaby slid his cards into the muck, allowing Freden to collect the pot.
Edoardo Mancinelli bet 2,000 from the cutoff on a board of A♦4♦4♥K♠ and James Hawkins called on the button.
The river came the 4♣ and Mancinelli led out for another 6,000. Hawkins flung his arms in the air in frustration and let out a laugh before tossing in the chips to call.
Mancinelli turned over A♣10♦ for a full house and Hawkins flashed K♦2♦ before mucking.
The next hand, Hawkins three-bet to 3,500 and an opponent in early position called.
The flop came 5♣3♣4♠ and Hawkins continued for 5,000. His opponent called, then called another bet of 5,000 on the 5♦ turn.
Hawkins moved all in for around 23,000 on the 9♦ river and sent his opponent deep into the tank. He eventually folded after nearly two minutes as Hawkins took the pot.

A pot of around 20,000 was already in the middle as Aladin Mrkaljevic and Antonio Parra went to the river on a completed board of 10♥9♦3♣6♣8♥.
Mrkaljevic, in the big blind, then bet 8,100 and Parra snap-called. Mrkaljevic showed A♠9♥ for a pair of nines, but Parra had A♥7♥ for a straight to win the big pot.
Parra and tablemate Carlos Esquerdo are both flirting with the 100,000 chip milestone.
Christopher Arpal and Luc Gelly were heads-up on a board of 6♠5♥4♠J♥ as Arpal, in the big blind, had a bet of 17,000 in front of him.
Gelly came back with a raise to 36,500 from under the gun as Arpal went deep into the tank. He agonized over the decision for several minutes, burying his head in his hands before ultimately folding his hand.
Gelly showed him K♠K♦ as he took the pot.
Heads-up on a flop of 7♥5♠6♣, a player on the button bet 3,000 and Eduardo Gomez Cocera called in early position.
Both players checked the 10♥ turn and Gomez Cocera also checked the A♣ river. His opponent then fired out 7,000.
Gomez Cocera gave the decision some thought before calling with 10♦9♣ for a turned pair of tens. His opponent mucked his hand and Gomez Cocera took the pot.
With around 10,000 in the pot on a flop of 7♣3♣10♠, a player in the big blind led out for 7,000 before Alexander Ivanov, in the cutoff, moved all in for 15,000. His opponent quickly called.
Alexander Ivanov: J♦10♦
Opponent: J♥7♥
Ivanov was ahead with his flopped pair of tens and stayed in front through the 4♦ turn and 5♥ river to secure a double up.
A player on the button raised to 1,000 and was called by both blinds, including Sergio Rodriguez in the small blind.
All three players checked the 5♣10♣8♦ flop before Rodriguez led out for 1,800 on the 2♥ turn.
Both opponents called to the 7♥ river, where Rodriguez paused for a moment before betting 5,500. That was enough to win the pot as Rodriguez flashed J♥9♥ for the rivered straight as he dragged in the chips.
