Yen and Mzareulov Get Involved

On a heads-up turn of 6♠9♥K♥7♥, there is already over 500,000 in the middle when Jerry Yen bets 175,000 after a check from his opponent, David Mzareulov.

After some thought, Mzareulov made the call to swell the pot even more, and the duo continued to the river 5♣.

Mzareulov checked once more, and Yen moved all in for 490,000, which sent Mzareulov into the tank. After around a minute, Mzareulov tapped the table and gave Yen the 'nice hand', and tossed his cards into the middle.

Chang needed some help as he was behind Fleishman's ace-high, but he seemed to predict the runout as it came 7♦K♠Q♦A♣7♥ to give him a full house to double.

"Wow," Al sighed as he realized he was in bad shape with a worse flush draw.

The board ran out Q♣3♦ for both players to miss, but Yen took down the pot with his jack-high and Al was eliminated.

After an open to 25,000 and a call from Ghadi Akari, short-stacked Kris Burchfield raised to all but one chip. The original raiser folded and Akari moved all in, to force that last chip into play, which Burchfield quickly tossed in to put himself at risk.

Burchfield was in a great spot to double here with his kings, but the flop of 3♦6♥7♥ was not ideal as it gave Akari a ton of outs with a straight and flush combo draw.

The turn 5♣ was safe, but the river A♥ was the dagger that gave Akari a flush and Burchfield was sent to the payout desk.

Champlin Shoves on Chlouber

Albert Chlouber opened to 27,000 from the button and was called by Richard Fink in the small blind, but then Spencer Champlin three-bet to 127,000. Ony Chlouber called and the two went heads-up tp a flop of 7♦7♥3♠, which saw a bet of 80,000 from Champlin and a call from Chlouber.

On the 9♦ turn, Champliin thought for a good 30 seconds before he announced all in, and Chlouber also went into the tank to think about this one. After a few moments, he tossed his hand into the middle and the pot was awarded to Champlin.
